Project Size: 5,000 square feet

Extensive renovations and additions to this West Vancouver home included the addition of over 600 square feet of living space. This allowed for the introduction of day lighting to the basement and the addition of an outdoor covered lounge area.  The pre-existing, highly parceled floorplan was modified to become an open plan, which allowed for the interpenetration of living spaces. Access to the basement was made available to the outdoor space of the pool. Other improvements included an overhaul of all interiors. Bathrooms were updated throughout, as were plumbing/lighting fixtures, surface treatments and millwork.
